Over the weekend road crews were well under way pouring streets at Morningstar.  We are in the final stages of delivering lots to the builders within the next 60 days. Dr. Horton is expected to begin building homes and have ready to sell by September of this year and Highland Homes will have a sales trailer up and running onsite within the next 10 days.
